Pressure Washing Technician

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Starting at $20.00 per hour
Benefits:

Schedule: 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay: Tips
Preferred Experience: Home Service Business: 1 year 
License/Certification: Driver's License (Required)
Shift availability: Day Shift (Required)
Ability to Commute: Johnson City, TN 37601 (Required)
Ability to Relocate: Johnson City, TN 37601: Relocate before starting work (Required)

The ideal candidate will have experience with a home service based business and be accustomed to working outside.

Here’s what you’ll do:

  • Operate our power washers to clean homes and businesses
  • Engage with our awesome customers and enjoy their reactions when they see their property getting cleaned up
  • Work with another team member to complete jobs
  • Develop your skills in exterior cleaning, customer service, and leadership with our ongoing training program.


Job Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • The ability to be at our shop in Johnson City each work day at 8:30AM (reliability is key!)
  • Drive company vehicle to job site - a valid Drivers License is REQUIRED for this position. A clean driving record within the last 5 years is REQUIRED*
  • Loading and unloading equipment (You need to be able to lift 100 lbs when necessary)
  • Working on a ladder. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with heights and have the ability to remain on a ladder while working
  • The ability to work outside in different weather conditions
  • Maintain a positive attitude when interacting with customers and coworkers
  • A willingness to learn
